Overcoming Challenges/ Value Added
Long lead time on specified pumps, provided alternate pumps with a shorter lead time which met project requirements and provided additional space inside the small pump station footprint.
Developed bypass pumping plan and installed system to bypass pump station during mechanical and electrical work with minimal shut down period. Kept alarms and monitoring systems running during construction period.
