Wide shot of a construction siteTritech is founded on the belief that all accidents and injuries can be avoided. Our objective is to carry out our operations without causing harm to individuals, property, or the environment. Through leadership, training, and the implementation of our management systems, we strive to fully incorporate Health and Safety into all aspects of our projects, from conceptual design and engineering to execution. We aim to foster a culture of safety within our company and among our subcontractors.

We are committed to conducting business in a way that is proactive about protecting the health and safety of our employees, subcontractors, clients, and the community. Executive Leadership Team, management and employees are committed 100% in a collaborative effort to being an industry leader in health and safety and in turn ensuring a safe and healthy workplace. A job is only well done if it is done safely.

Each and every individual is responsible to confirm understanding and execution of HSE roles and responsibilities, there is no exception. Our employees are responsible, authorized, and required to STOP work immediately if they become aware of an unsafe act or condition that could place anyone in danger or if they are not confident in the work plan.

Our Safety program and performance is recognized by several provincial construction associations across Canada. Tritech holds Certificates of Recognition (COR) in British Columbia and Alberta. We are also qualified through the PICS Safety standards throughout Canada.

We have the expertise, tested safety protocols and most importantly the right people in place to meet or exceed client safety requirements in all phases of project design and execution.
