Tritech’s scope of work included the following components:
- Rock and common excavation, concrete foundations, and slabs, reinforcing steel, structural steel, exterior and interior finishes, prefabricated building, building mechanical and electrical systems.
- Mechanical process including filtration units, pumping equipment, ultraviolet disinfection equipment, sodium hypochlorite generators (OSHG) equipment and associated slide gates, valves, metering, and control devices.
- Assumed responsibility for Owner Supplied systems including UV reactors, blowers, backwash pumps and direct filtration systems.
- Electrical installation including site servicing, back-up generator package, instrumentation and controls and any other modifications to the existing system.
- Site works including backwash attenuation tank, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, watermain, roadworks, parking, landscaping, retaining walls, and fencing.
- Testing, commissioning and switch over of City water supply to new treatment building.
