At Tritech we feel lucky to have employees who care about their work, but also care deeply about giving back to the community and making a difference for others around the world.

On Sunday, May 31, twelve Tritech team members completed the 10 km Run for Water in Abbotsford, B.C. and one employee participated in the event’s half marathon race.

It was a beautiful sunny day and together, 3,444 runners raised over $313,000 for clean water for the people of Yella, Ethiopia.  Only 4% of villagers in Yella currently have access to clean water and they often have to walk 8 hours to get it.  The Run for Water aims to change that for good!

It was hot and sweaty at times for the participants, but clean water for all is definitely something worth working up a sweat for!
