Tynehead Sanitary Pump Station

Client: Anniedale Land Development Ltd. Partnership

The Scope of Work includes:

• Construction of above ground sanitary pump station, architectural building, below ground cast-in-place Valve chamber, wet well, and overflow storage tank.
• Excavation of 9 meters in depth with. Shotcrete shoring.
• New sanitary pump station building, masonry block w/, cement board, stone veneers, , and metal roof on wood truss.
• Concrete forming and pouring of water retaining tanks with walls 8 meters high.
• New sewer piping, storm drains, water service, and asphalt parking lot.
• Installation of Mechanical pumps, surge tanks, chemical tanks, odour control, electrical instrumentation, and back up generator.
• Installation of new under ground power line and onsite BC Hydro transformer.
• Geotechnical and landscape works.
• Sanitary, drainage and water services.
• The project uses GFCI protection of installed receptacles.
