Jack Gill, A.Sc.T.
As President and CEO, Jack oversees Tritech’s general operations, providing guidance on system design, project management, equipment specifications, evaluation, and purchasing on current projects. Knowledgeable and approachable, he is a resource for all members of the Tritech team.
One of the three original cofounders of Tritech in 1981, Jack rejoined the company in 1994 after working as Utilities Superintendent for the District of Chilliwack for 8 years. Having worked in both municipal and private settings, Jack has unique insight in how to deliver the best results for an extensive variety of projects. With 30 years of experience in the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of water and wastewater facilities, he has an established reputation in the industry.
Jack’s continued focus and commitment to innovative technology and environmentally sound design is a motivational force behind all of our operations. He is constantly seeking new ways to improve project designs to minimize maintenance costs and increase the functionality and sustainability of our products.
In addition to his work with Tritech, Jack also sits on the Board of Directors for Water for People, Canada, an organization that brings clean water to people around the world.
Creating the infrastructure for safe, clean water is Jack’s passion, and his vision has brought Tritech to where it is today.

Sean Gill, P.Eng.
Vice President
Sean Gill is a Water and Wastewater Process Engineer and Project Manager with extensive multi-discipline knowledge of construction and wastewater treatment processes. He brings a wealth of experience in the design, construction, and commissioning of water and wastewater infrastructure, including underground utilities, treatment facilities, pump stations, and reservoirs. His leadership and innovative approach have been crucial to the successful completion of complex projects, further establishing him as an expert in the industry.

Brandon Gill
Chief operating officer
Brandon Gill has been with Tritech for over 15 years, holding various roles in Operations and Safety. In his current role as Chief Operating Officer, Brandon oversees business administration, fleet management, capital asset management, procurement of tools, equipment, and supplies, and the Health & Safety, Accounting and HR Departments.

Raj Kurry, P.Eng., B.Sc
Engineering manager, mechanical
Raj is a Mechanical Engineer with over 29 years of experience. As Engineering Lead at Tritech, Raj coordinates both process mechanical and building mechanical project activities. He excels in detailed design, technical calculations, design layout, and the acquisition of process equipment and piping.

Paul McRae, P.Eng.
Engineering Manager, Electrical
Paul McRae is a Process and Controls Engineer with over 22 years of experience related to water and wastewater treatment systems. His expertise includes electrical design and project management of Water Treatment Systems; on-site electrical, mechanical and process troubleshooting; and, implementation of control and data collection strategies using PLCs and SCADA systems.

Amir Zeinoddini, P.Eng., PMP
Senior project manager
Amir is a Professional Engineer and Senior Project Manager with 40+ years of experience in the construction industry. His extensive project and contract management experience includes project planning, design and construction of heavy industry projects including processing plants, steel mills, oil and gas, water infrastructure projects.

Maria Castillo, A.Sc.T., B.Sc.
Project Manager
Maria Castillo has been an integral part of the team with 26 years of experience at Tritech Group Ltd., serving in various roles including Project Manager, Senior Project Coordinator, and Structural Lead. Maria is in-charge of the architectural and structural discipline of most projects, identifying and resolving construction challenges. Maria collaborates closely with engineers, architects, and owners, ensuring structural designs comply with relevant standards.

Justin Modra, P.Eng.

Justin has more than 15 years of process mechanical engineering design and construction experience on water infrastructure projects including design build projects over $100 Million. He brings project management, multidiscipline engineering management, quality management, process design experience, and wastewater treatment process experience to his assigned projects.

Scott Rosenke, A.Sc.T.

Scott Rosenke has over 27 years of Electrical Project Management and Estimating experience. Scott’s broad-based knowledge and skills include project management, instrumentation and electrical design, process control design, CAD drafting, engineering and fabrication, electrical research and development, factory acceptance testing, inspection and commissioning.

Greg Maginley, EIT
Project Manager
Greg Maginley has over ten years of experience in the construction industry, with the past seven years working as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT), focused on management of complex water and wastewater construction projects. His expertise includes managing large civil projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring compliance of industry standards and project specifications.

Harman Bhatti
General superintendent
Harman Bhatti is a highly experienced Site Superintendent and Mechanical Supervisor with over 27 years at Tritech Group Ltd. His deep expertise in mechanical and civil installation work ensures that water infrastructure projects are executed with exceptional quality and precision. Harman has a proven track record in constructing pump stations, treatment plants, and reservoirs.

Lucky Bains
Site superintendent
Lucky Bains brings over 29 years of experience in the safety and construction industry, serving as both site supervisor and company safety officer. He ensures strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety, WCB, and Tritech safety standards while managing the safe operation of equipment and manpower. Lucky is also a certified First Aid Instructor, further enhancing his ability to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

Ronald McElheron
Site Superintendent
Ronald brings with him a wealth of experience as a Red Seal-certified Journeyman and over thirty years in the construction industry. His expertise spans a range of significant projects, including specialized high-rise buildings, hydroelectric dams, and multi-million dollar wastewater treatment facilities.

Jennie Mitchell, CPHR
HR Generalist
Jennie Mitchell is a dedicated Human Resources professional with over 3 years of experience in the construction industry. Holding a CPHR (Chartered Professional in Human Resources) designation, Jennie leads all HR practices for Tritech, overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. With a strong foundation in the unique challenges and requirements of the construction sector, Jennie is committed to fostering a positive, productive work environment while driving organizational success.

Maila Tanlapco, B.Sc.
Project & Tender Administrator
Maila Tanlapco brings 20 years of experience in Business Administration and Management to her role as Project and Tender Administrator. With a B.Sc. in Legal Management, she excels in interpreting construction contracts, documents and other regulatory requirements. Maila supports the project management team with their administrative submittals from initiation to closure and collaborates with technical leads during the tendering process. Her attention to detail makes her a key team member, providing essential administrative support, document management, and communication coordination.
