Senior Designer and Drafter, Water/Wastewater
Produce detailed drawings for construction or fabrication from consultant designs or drawings
Detailed review of consultant and internal drawings for errors and emissions
Challenge designs of other professionals and devise innovative, cost saving alternatives
Multidisciplinary cross checks – between civil, structural, process, building mechanical, electrical and instrumentation.
Production of detailed shop drawings for fabrication including BOM
Oversee and lead the execution of the work completed under the Foreman’s direction to ensure it is completed to the quality, standard, and specifications required
Ensure that all crew members have the required capability and training to fulfill their duties and responsibilities
Support and enforce all company policies and procedures
Maintain site works to meet schedules and project construction timelines using crew and operator skills, and report daily to the Project Superintendent
Read/interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
