Jack Gill, A.Sc.T.
As President and CEO, Jack oversees Tritech’s general operations, providing guidance on system design, project management, equipment specifications, evaluation, and purchasing on current projects. Knowledgeable and approachable, he is a resource for all members of the Tritech team.
One of the three original cofounders of Tritech in 1981, Jack rejoined the company in 1994 after working as Utilities Superintendent for the District of Chilliwack for 8 years. Having worked in both municipal and private settings, Jack has unique insight in how to deliver the best results for an extensive variety of projects. With 30 years of experience in the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of water and wastewater facilities, he has an established reputation in the industry.
Jack’s continued focus and commitment to innovative technology and environmentally sound design is a motivational force behind all of our operations. He is constantly seeking new ways to improve project designs to minimize maintenance costs and increase the functionality and sustainability of our products.
In addition to his work with Tritech, Jack also sits on the Board of Directors for Water for People, Canada, an organization that brings clean water to people around the world.
Creating the infrastructure for safe, clean water is Jack’s passion, and his vision has brought Tritech to where it is today.

Meet Our team

Sean Gill
Vice President
Sean is a Water and Wastewater Process Engineer and Project Manager, experienced in the design, construction and commissioning of water and wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations and reservoirs. As project manager at Tritech, Sean is responsible for completing the civil and process design for water and wastewater facilities and acting as project manager or procurement manager during construction.

Brandon Gill
Chief operating officer
Brandon Gill has been with Tritech for over 15 years, holding various roles in Operations and Safety. In his current role as Chief Operating Officer, Brandon oversees business administration, fleet management, capital asset management, procurement of tools, equipment, and supplies, and the Health & Safety Department.

Raj Kurry
Engineering manager, mechanical
Raj is a Mechanical Engineer with over 29 years of experience. As Engineer Lead at Tritech, Raj coordinates both process mechanical and building mechanical project activities. He excels in detailed design, technical calculations, design layout, and the acquisition of process equipment and piping.

Maria Castillo

Maria Castillo has been an integral part of the team, with 26 years of experience at Tritech Group Ltd., serving in various roles including Project Manager, Senior Project Coordinator, and Structural Lead. Maria specializes in providing advanced technical and administrative support for water infrastructure projects throughout British Columbia.

Paul McRae

Paul McRae is a Process and Controls Engineer with 18 years of experience related to water and wastewater treatment systems. Paul is an effective team manager and acts as electrical project manager on Tritech’s water infrastructure projects that have a more concentrated electrical and instrumentations component.

Greg Maginley
Project Manager
Greg Maginley has over ten years of experience in the construction industry, with the past seven years of his career focused on estimating and project management. In addition, he has a good knowledge of asphalt and concrete work and has hands-on experience working with construction equipment.

Justin Modra

Justin Modra is a Mechanical Engineer with more than 11 years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure. He has an extensive knowledge of water and waste water treatment processes. Justin is accountable for ensuring all mechanical design, construction and installation duties are performed in accordance with government, client, and company requirements.

Scott Rosenke

Scott Rosenke has over 27 years of Electrical Project Management and Estimating experience. Scott’s broad-based knowledge and skills include project management, instrumentation and electrical design, process control design, CAD drafting, engineering and fabrication, electrical research and development, factory acceptance testing, inspection and commissioning.
